LEADER IN PILOT
Azur Hélicoptère is a reference in both private and business training of helicopter pilots in France, but also in Switzerland and Belgium.
We have delivered over 35000 hours of training since our creation.
Pioneers, we were the first accredited training organization (ATO) to deliver training on Robinson machines to professional pilots and instructors in France.
Thanks to our fusion with SAF and their flight simulators, we can propose a complete range of training options.

Birthplace of our training center, The Riviera has a unique climate that means you can fly all year round.
The maritime atmosphere and the immediate proximity of the Southern Alps are favorable to your experience and progress.
The fusion of Azur Hélicoptère with the SAF group in the heart of the Alps means we can offer a new training center oriented primarily towards professional training CPLH and IFR for trainee pilots ab-initio. The site makes it an ideal location for piloting in mountainous and difficult terrains.
We also propose specific summer courses from our chalet in Courchevel in unique conditions.
Azur Hélicoptère is opening an ATO at the prestigious company Helilagon on the Island of La Reunion, offering private and professional European quality training for the South of Africa.
The specifics of the Island, where you can go from sea level to 3000 meters in only 20 minutes of flight is exceptional and imposes an extreme formative rigor on trainee pilots.
Our fleet is representative of the helicopters used by the European actors or operators of our profession.
Robinson (R22 R44), Guimbal (Cabri), Airbus (EC125, EC130, 1C135, AS355)
ensure more than 90% of civil flights in France.
Since 2019, two flight simulators of EC125 and EC135 have joined
our fleet and make our ATO the most complete French and European
organization in terms of training provided.

After 10 years in IT, I took my professional pilot training with the integral module. Hired as soon as I received my license 7 years ago, I am today a pilot instructor and examiner with more than 4000 flight hours.
After a post-baccalaureate professional training course, I was immediately hired for the summer season in 2017. I am now a pilot instructor, deputy DCTM and CTKI with 1800 flight hours.
