La Bouitte personifies the essence of Savoie, where each object was crafted by the hands of local artisans. With three Michelin stars, 4 Gault & Millau toques, the cuisine of the best is reflected here. It is as authentic as fresh bread straight from the oven, broken before you. Between alpine pastures, lakes and peaks, the cuisine is poetic and full of surprises. Pure and subtle, wildly tasting and unpretentious, it proposes a fine personal interpretation of Savoie’s haute cuisine. La raclette is airy, Crozets are revisited in the way of risotto, dulce de leche from grandmother Gisèle’s cauldron, and goats milk yoghurt from Saint Martin make up the award-winning dessert “Le lait dans tous ses états”. A tribute to its mountain roots is highlighted in every dish. Family friendly: The chef proposes a children’s menu and a coloring set is offered at arrival.
